Q - How is EARN and LEA
RN™ different from other fund raising programs?
A - EARN and LEARN™ promotes educational objectives along with your fund raising goals.  We encourage students and teachers to develop classroom activities in reading, writing, mathematics ,poetry, and art ,all related to your campaign.

Q - Will EARN and  LEARN™ help increase our reading scores?

A - We have modeled the program after RIF (Reading is Fundamental) an extremely successful reading motivation program.  Reading for enjoyment and/or fun lets children choose books that they like.  It has been shown that if they select their own book they will try to master the book by reading and re-reading it.  Reading may become a very positive habit and their reading expertise should increase.  We cannot guarantee increases in reading scores, but students interests in books should increase.

Q - How do the students receive the books?
A - All students who participate in the program and add $2.00 to their order will receive a book.  Books will be sent in age and grade appropriate. They will also receive their prizes from the prize brochure.


Q - How long will it take to receive the order at our school?

A - Approximately 3 weeks from the time the orders are received. Your order will be delivered complete with product, prizes   The orders will be pre-packaged for each individual participant.

Q - Who is responsible if an item is missing from an order?

A - Any item that is missing from an order the company will be responsible

Q - Should we check the boxes with the students and /or parents?

A - It is advisable to check the boxes with the student/family at the time of pick-up to see that all their items and prizes are as they ordered it.

Q- How come you do not give a 50% profit ?                           

 A-The easiest thing for any company is give a 50% or even a 60% profit percentage. It is done 1 of 3 ways or a combination of all three.

1.Raise the retail price of the item-by raising the price $1 on a $4 item to $5;you as the customer are paying more to the company for the same item.

EXAMPLE:$4@60%=$2.40,$5@50%=$2.50,you are paying .10 more for the same item.

2.Lower the weights-by going from a 6oz.box to a 5oz. box you are paying more for the item and give less value to the customer.

3.Give less prizes and /or have to sell  in much higher categories to win a similar prize. (compare prize brochures to verify)

Q - Are there any minimums to order or cash outlays on our part?
A - There are no minimum orders or cash outlays on your part.  You are only billed for what is ordered at the wholesale level.  You keep your profits.
